I paint intuitively, often from just a glimpse of an idea in my minds eye. It's in the process of being still and waiting, engaging in breath and connecting to Spirit where specific meaning and understanding of each piece happens.

However, in all of my work I am exploring the concepts of identity and the duality of opposites, who we are as both physical and spiritual beings and how we relate to the physical and spiritual realms.
