Inspired by living in Fiji for 3 months, the dress and corset is hand woven like the Pacifica mats. The Nautilus shell headress is a symbol of beauty and growth and represents the Polynesian Nations as they grow and develop socially, politically and economically.

This piece is inspired by the philosophies of Rene Descarte to do with the cirle and the sphere. And also by the beautiful geometry and tracery from the architecture of the medieval Gothic Cathedrals, in particualar the Rose Window.
