This was part of the 2005 Creative Youth Exchange, a Asia-Pacific Design workshop and competition.
I was one of 16 finalists that were flown to Singapore to be involved in workshops and lectures while we battled it out to install our own designs in a hotel room. We lived in our rooms for 2 weeks.

' Defining Boundaries'

The top 6 finalists were paired up to compete in the second stage of the competition.
Each pair created a second installation in one of the suites at the Gallery Hotel. I was partnered with Eugene Tan, an architecture student from Singapore.
